Quality control<\/h3>\r\n The Quality control department employs high class inspectors with documented qualifications for NDT (acc. to\r\n standard PN-EN 473\/PN-EN ISO 9712) and control of anti-corrosion protection.\r\n\r\n The Quality control department has the state-of-the-art technical equipment, including:\r\n

  • \r\n Emission spectrometer to control the chemical composition of the material,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Desktop and portable hardness testers,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Equipment for macro sampling,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Strength testing machine for testing the mechanical properties of materials,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Ultrasonic flaw detectors for examination of welds using ultrasounds,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Equipment for mechanized testing of metal sheets for delamination using ultrasounds,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Ultrasonic thickness gauges,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n VT, MT and PT testing equipment,<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Geodetic equipment (levellers and theodolites),<\/li>\r\n
  • \r\n Video-endoscopes and endoscopes,<\/li>\r\n
