In order to correctly order the platform grates, please use the following symbols!<\/h3>\r\n

\r\nKOZ<\/strong> – Frames welded grate
\r\nKNZ<\/strong> – Not framed welded grate
\r\nKOP<\/strong> – Framed pressed grate
\r\nKNP<\/strong> – Not framed welded grate
\r\nKPK<\/strong> – Cardboard grate
\r\nSOZ<\/strong> – Stair step – welded
\r\nSOP<\/strong> – Stair step – pressed
\r\nX <\/strong> – Grate SERRATED type, e.g. X4KOZ \u2013 Framed welded grate type SERRATED
\r\nOC<\/strong> – anti-corrosion protection in the form of hot galvanization
\r\nCZ<\/strong> – no anti-corrosion protection
\r\n<\/p>\r\nCorrect order template is as follows:\r\n

\r\ngrate symbol \/ load carrying flat bar module x lateral flat bar module \/ load carrying flat bar height x lateral flat bar thickness \/ L = grate length B = grate width \/ number of pieces \/ type of protection \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nExample of order according to template:\r\nKOZ \/ 34 x 38 \/ 30 x 2 \/ L=1000 B=1000 \/ 50 pcs. \/ OC \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nThis order covers 50 pieces of framed welded grates, wherein load carrying flat bars are spaced every 34 mm, however lateral flat bars every 38 mm. Height of the load carrying flat bar, i.e. the whole grate is 30 mm and its thickness 2 mm. Each grate length is 1000 mm and width 1000 mm and will be subject to hot galvanization process in order to provide anti-corrosion protection (OC). The “L” dimension means length of the load carrying flat bar of the grate. This usually is the dimension of supports spacing (width of the platform, channel etc.). \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nNote! In the order, please clearly specify which of the dimensions is the load carrying dimension of the grate. This prevents grate destruction during its operation. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nWhen ordering grates, it is necessary to provide information about the quantity and selection of anti-corrosion protection (hot galvanization – OC) or no protection (basic – CZ). \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nExcept rectangular grates, we also offer grates of practically any shape. Such grates are produced based on the supplied drawing. All information on available modules and dimensions of flat bars is included in chapters concerning given products. In order to facilitate exact determination of the required number of platform grates, we propose to learn about the recommended methods of grates placing on supports.\r\n<\/p>\r\n\r\n

Glossary<\/h3>\r\n

\r\nLoad carrying flat bars<\/strong> – flat bars that transfer load of the grate and are placed vertically in equal distances in relation to each other. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nLateral flat bars<\/strong> – in case of pressed grates, lateral flat bars are placed laterally to the load carrying flat bars, into incisions of which they are pressed; in case of welded grates, lateral flat bars are substituted by rods, which are placed laterally in relation to the load carrying flat bars and connect them at the intersection points during welding. \r\n<\/p>\r\n

\r\nSize of a mesh<\/strong> in the grates determines spacing of the flat bars axes, i.e. distance between adjacent load carrying flat bars and adjacent lateral rods (flat bars).\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"In order to correctly order the platform grates, please use the following symbols!
