Quality control
The Quality control department employs high class inspectors with documented qualifications for NDT (acc. to
standard PN-EN 473/PN-EN ISO 9712) and control of anti-corrosion protection.
The Quality control department has the state-of-the-art technical equipment, including:

Emission spectrometer to control the chemical composition of the material,

Desktop and portable hardness testers,

Equipment for macro sampling,

Strength testing machine for testing the mechanical properties of materials,

Ultrasonic flaw detectors for examination of welds using ultrasounds,

Equipment for mechanized testing of metal sheets for delamination using ultrasounds,

Ultrasonic thickness gauges,

VT, MT and PT testing equipment,

Geodetic equipment (levellers and theodolites),

Video-endoscopes and endoscopes,

X-ray tube and devices for processing and evaluation of movies,

Equipment for measuring length and angle (including laser equipment),

The Quality control department supervises the quality level of processes, products and services and collects quality
documents, stores them and makes them available at the request of customer.
